Payment Method

Payment of fee can be made through Cheque on the name of PERSATUAN PERUBATAN KELUARGA UIAM KUANTAN or can be transferred to account no 0608 2010 0228 34 (Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad).

REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED AFTER RECEIVED OF PROOF OF PAYMENT.

Kindly state your name and IC number together with the proof of payment.
